Operating from their UK base in Hull, Gamebore have been leading the field in the luxury sports and lifestyle gun cartridge market since 1973. We first engaged with Gamebore to help revision and refine their brand identity and establish an enviable online proposition.
Over the course of six years we have also delivered a series of headline brand ambassador films, worked with a high end visual effects studio and relaunched the website and it’s content ready for the 2018 season.
We get it that not every rebrand can happen overnight. For Gamebore it was important to evolve the identity over a course of time. With every piece of packaging and point of sale featuring the brand marque it was essential to slowly reveal a change in brand strategy, aptly demonstrated alongside improvement work to their online presence. Changing too quickly could disrupt their position of strength and create an undesirable back catalogue of packaged product.
Working with Gamebore since 2011 we have carefully phased out the original colour scheme, lozenge and supporting tag text in favour of a more useable and friendly logo. We continue to reform the brand with the client, together knowing it’s not an option to stand still.
As a brand, Gamebore has an endless potential to inspire and create content that pushes the boundaries of this industry like never before, gaining kudos and setting them light years ahead of the competition.
The work over the next few slides presents a snapshot of the motion picture and photography undertaken by 93. Our creative direction also led us to engage with a world class visual effects team to demonstrate in HD the visual reality that sits inside every cartridge off the production line.
Gamebore wanted more ‘eyes on them’ time for some of the worlds leading game and clay shooters in the industry. Names like George Digweed MBE, Ben Husthwaite and Andras Szerdahelyi all took part in a short series of Ambassador films that tell the story of their career development with Gamebore at their side. Working with our film makers and photographers we documented these stories to share across the website and social media.
Gamebore have successfully started the journey to reposition the brand, looking more current, championing their lead as technological innovators, engaging with a new rich media audience and delivering these messages via a ground breaking website that advances the industry. Our work continues...
